One of 12 primary weapons in Monster Madness Battle for Suburbia and Monster Madness Grave Danger, I was only able to find a few images of them.
Similar to a grenade launcher, the Grenade Slingshot is basically a giant mechanical slingshot that can fire grenades. Every time you fire one shot, two grenades will move diagonally, so it is hard to hit something directly in front of you because both shots will go to the left and right of it. Still, the Grenade Slingshot is incredibly powerful and consumes little ammo, so you should probably pick this one up.
Level 1 Grenade Slingshot fires one round at a time and has a two-grenade clip.
Level 2 Grenade Slingshot fires two rounds at a time and has a four-grenade clip.
Level 3 Grenade Slingshot fires three rounds at a time and has a six-grenade clip.
